Shipping policy
Every piece that leaves our atelier is one of a kind — sourced, upcycled, and carefully packed by hand in our studio in France.
Processing & Dispatch Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times We ship worldwide from France. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- France: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates. Occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to customs processing — thank you for your patience.
Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges — we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.
Something went wrong? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@latelieralba.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to find a solution.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
A note on our pieces Each item in our shop is unique and has lived a life before it came to us. As with many vintage and upcycled pieces, you may notice gentle traces of age — small repairs, patina, wear, or the kind of imperfection that only comes with time. We see this as part of the story. All items are final sale.
